While the GearGrip Pro holds the comp nice and tight there is still a gap when you lift the computer. No matter how tight I clinch the straps, the gap was always there.
The gap really isn't a problem. I try shaking the computer back and forth to try to make it slip out, and it didn't move one inch. I like the option of either using the handle or the strap to carry the case.
Using the GearGrip Pro, I was able to carry everything I normally take to a LAN party with it. The GearGrip Pro held the computer. The pouches held my keyboard, mouse and mouse pad. The cable grip held my LAN cable and head phones. The only thing the GearGrip Pro can't carry is your monitor.
For $35, you really can't go wrong with this product if you're really into LAN parties like The Tech Zone. Everyone at The Tech Zone likes the looks of the GearGrip Pro, and gave it very high marks for functions, easy of installation, and the feel of the handle.
